Research
Our research interest is to computational methods applied to ancient DNA, sedimentary DNA, ancient microbes, low-coverage DNA, haplotypes and allele frequencies. We mostly use pangenomic graphs, Bayesian inference. We also collaborate closely with groups that produce empirical data.
